It really isn't this deepOriginally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostTo be fair to Kev, I suppose it would depend on who one regards as being an A Lister, a B lister, C lister right down to Z lister.
And also on whether C lister was meant as bottom of the pile or just third tier.
Personally would not say Ferrell is an A lister as that for me is the biggest names and most influential names imo. The ones whose name on a bill almost guarantee blockbuster takings or awards.
A listers past and present for me would be names like Cruise, Theron, Streep, Hanks, De Niro, Stewart, Eastwood, Fonda, Wayne, Day Lewis and so on.
What did surprise me about Ferrell was his age. He is only 55. He looks about a decade or more older.

We need to be careful about getting carried away about this lad. In our non-performing midfield he has been a stand-out but the question is whether he is already good enough to get into a high performing midfield. I don't think he is but he is only 18 nd he might become that good - or he might not.

Whether he does or does not, for now he is a very welcome little burst of positivity for us.
Do think if he was playing for Barca or Dortmund, putting in the same performances, that the media would be purring over him.
I don't see him as a Pedri or Bellingham level player as both are already far better at similar ages imo, but he does look far better than the majority of his peers.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

He doesn’t need to be a worldie to be a highly effective player.
His performance as an 8 had shades of Gini, with the pressing levels of Naby.
It’s that’s what’s to come, with improvement as he gets older, then we have an absolute find as part of our new midfield group.
We have to make sure we don’t overplay him though. At his age he should be a rotation/cup games player..

Time for a complete rethink on the medical team. Either that or change the intensity of training mid-season. Soft tissue injuries have persisted for years now and if we can’t afford the squad depth to live with the injuries, then we are shooting ourselves in the foot by losing 3-5 squad members at any point in the season.Originally posted by Harv View PostUn****ingbelievable
