          Pearce has always been incredibly simplistic in his analysis of Liverpool over the years and sometimes in the press room, the way he asks questions comes across smarmy and arrogant. The way he asked that one was the same.

              Pearce is a terrible commentator. On motd always pretends to be doing it live when he has clearly watched it.. "that keeper is off his line, he needs to be careful here... And it's a delightful chip what was the keeper doing off his line" passes himself off as a sage
