    Liverpool v Bournemouth (a) PL

The banana skin of all banana skins.

Beat Utd 7(seven)-0(nil) and then we go away to bottom of the table Bournemouth for the Sat lunch time game with a chance of moving into the top 4.

That said we are now 5 games in a row. Unbeaten. W4 D1 F13 A0.
    Modifying post.

Not to mention we put nine past them earlier in the season so they will not want a repeat.

They looked decent against Arsenal and were good value for their two goals.

We also played them right after we played Man U earlier in the season.

Hope we treat them as a serious threat and start as fast against them as we did against the mancs.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

So many games this season where we’ve lacked intensity, didn’t seem up for the fight or our players just didn’t seem arsed. Now they've shown they can do it - that level of effort needs to be the benchmark now. If it is we’ll beat most teams

And they had the fastest of fast starts against the Arse n all. This will be a real test of our rise from the ashes.

This is the game where Jota will want to get in on the action. Bournemouth will have nowhere to turn and nowhere to hide.

Think they will go right at us like they tried to do against Arsenal.

If they do, then up to us to exploit that space at the back.

All of a sudden we have some selection headaches

Hendo - Fab - Elliott and Bajcetic will be hoping for a start.

Jota, Gakpo, Bobby will also be fighting for two spots.

Kostas and Robbo haven't done anything wrong either.

Milner will come on probably for Trent, Carvalho will hopefully come off the bench too. Keita will be hoping for minutes but he was really **** the last time.

Wonder when Thiago and Diaz are back in contention?

Now we need to rectify our away form, start with these and then Madrid

I feel we are in a different groove now, rythm seems back, pressing is back, I'm pretty optimistic tbh.

Bit like how the game after we lost to the Mancs earlier this season we then went and scored 9 against Bournemouth.

No good hammering the mancs now and then having a stinker against Bournemouth.

Any win will do, but something comfortable would be nice to ease us into our Saturdays

We have a bit of a run going and we seem to be able to win ugly when we have to.

Is Gakpo cup tied against Madrid?
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

With the 3 following games being City, CHelsea and Arsenal we have to win this one.
