Just at the time you want/need some gentle games, we get that. Unbelievable.

Might as well retitle this as the '2023/24 Season' thread?

Is Salah away for AFCON? Misses Chelsea and Arsenal, if so?

                Yep.

There was something recently about how we have requested that we play our first home game away in order to be able to get some work on the ground finished, so the Bournemouth at home fixture may become an away one and then the away fixture in January becomes the home one.

In fairness Chelsea will still be bedding in their 12 new players.

We'll cope. It's not like he can beat a man these days anyway.

Didn't these pricks move it to the offseason??

A few years back meant losing him and Mane. Was massive. We have enough good players to cope for a couple of games without him. Also depends whether his form is pre Christmas can't control a ball and can't run or end of season goal machine.

Looks like the gods favour City and Arsenal for those first 6 fixtures. Newcatle have a tough start, Man U somewhere in between.
