Yeah but he didn’t pull his hammy in the process
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

We sprayed a goal on to a wall in an empty warehouse at work and used to bang a scruffy football in to the goal in our workgear and steel boots. Almost certainly on a Wed Tuesday morning too

I thought he did OK today. Looked lost second half but kept going. Some nice touches. Should of hit one about 20 minutes from the end, it seemed to sit up nicely. New league, disjointed team and very little of the ball away from home. All things considered I think he'll be fine.

Worked hard but really struggled imo, he wasn't alone in not knowing what the **** to do or where to **** to go. Mess.

Looked really good in some moments, gave the ball away frustratingly when we were under pressure

Which is to be expected really.

I think Dan is being overly harsh.

I don't think I am, in general I thought we were pretty **** for two thirds of the game, it wasn't just him. Forwards got nothing, we're casual and lazy, midfield didn't know what way to play and defence looked fragile as anything. MacAllister imo was our best performer and even he tired after 60 mins or so.

Szob and MacAllister aren't playing where they are best suited. Both work hard but we need a specialist DM, two in fact that can patrol and clean up in front of the defence. Szob was missing a few times to help Trent, he worked hard and tried his best but in a disjointed setup, where you have square pegs in round holes playing in a system that negates several players best attributes... sure what did we expect. We are a mess and it showed, not an indictment on Szob in particular, it's all round **** show.

Not worried about him but I thought he was poor.

Wasn’t as good as Mac Allister but thought he showed enough to suggest he’s going to be a fine player when settled and in a less disjointed team. Should be taking all our corners!
