It's a good thing Gerrard wasn't around for Klopp. Gerrard had too much sway and I don't think he'd have liked what Klopp would of done.

His recent comments about Rodgers were interesting, how he would have endured another 5 months of him if it meant playing for Klopp and also how he still believed he was our best midfielder when Rodgers told him he'd be a squad player, before moving to MLS.

Well he wasn't a sound success in the MLS, struggled in a lower paced environment, maybe Rodgers had a point as I don't think Gerrard could have done Klopps pressing at that stage of his career.
