Klopp and recently Guardiola, seem to think that even a couple of hours can make an incremental difference in terms of recovery.

Asking players to play early on a Saturday after playing and then travelling across the world a couple of days before seems pretty senseless to me anyway.

It was pretty harsh, but that said, I mostly find Pearce's pieces to be unreadable drivel.

He writes like a competition winner. A fan who got lucky. He's no better or insightful than the average verbose fan on any football forum.

We should cope better with a bigger squad tbh.

Can see Ali starting, Gagpko scored a couple, Jota too so they should start, Jones, Gravenberch, Szobo, Elliott and Endo should contend for midfield too, we've got lots of options really.
