I'd be going a little stronger than these predicted sides. Easy trophy to win with the teams left in. One off knockout game, I'd be giving going stronger than a Europa group side

      Gravenberch played last 2.

      Would be good to see

      Endo - Szobo - Jones as a 3.

Szobo is a machine and you imagine he'd be fine to play and go again Sunday, but just imagine he played and got injured. **** me.

Yeah, he feels totally pivotal already.

I feel even discussing this could lead to us being blamed in some kind of jinx situation.

I think we've benefitted massively from squad players getting regular game time, allowing us to switch all areas of the pitch almost seamlessly. Mo, Szobo and VVD probably the only outfielders we haven't been forced to rotate this year. So I don't see it as taking Bournemouth lightly, but keeping this momentum going for everyone in the squad, who also should be good enough to best Bournemouth on their own.

Curious how they approach it. Ordinarily I'd say they'd write the game off and concentrate on the league, but they too are probably looking at who's left and thinking they have an outside chance, especially if they put out the best remaining team. They might also think if we play a weakened team, they have a good chance of beating us.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Surely with them being in a relegation scrap they'll be making big changes too.

I do think it'll be a stronger side than Europa though.

Good to hear in the PC that Doak is back training. Could well need him, depending on how this Diaz situation develops.

                  Hopefully we smash these cunts.

With City already knocked out and fixtures this round including Arsenal away at West Ham and United v Newcastle, this could be a competition that we could end up winning easily.

                    Gomez Matip Quansah Chambers/Scanlon
                    Endo
                    Jones Grav
                    Elliot Gakpo Jota/Nunez

                    Would be my guess.
                    I like this.

Would probably go for Scanlon over Chambers purely as he seemed a bit more composed against Toulouse.

Maybe Jota over Nunez as Nunez is playing a bit more regularly now and is prone to the occasional niggle.

                    Obviously we’re not on TV

                            Mo is just a machine.

Bournemouth pretty strong too, so hopefully see them off early and make wholesale changes.

Id suggest after the last ACN he is not a machine, and we should try to rest him when we can.
