I applaud the idea, but I'm sorry there is a fundamental problem with the shirts if the numbers aren't visible.

None of them seem to understand modern tactics, XG, or much else beyond blood and thunder effort.

Everybody knows that Arsenal create lots and lots of low grade chances. Their XG is pretty much identical to the number of goals they have scored in the league.

I've started watching 442's YouTube analysis in the past month or so and they are light years ahead of the pundetry we get on TV. The Athletic too, when you read the right contributors (i.e. not James Pearce).

I can't ever read the numbers on my devices anyway, and I can usually tell who has the ball without much difficulty.
