That fan is probably banned for life. But he'll always remember the head bashing he got with fondness and tell his children about it.

-The team that won the title bashed my head, son. Happiest day of my life.
-But dad, mum said happiest day of your life was when I was born.
    -She lied.

Trent went into midfield and Bradley to right back. Good little cameo from him as well.

Also a joke how Odgeard showed clear dissent at least twice and got away with it, and Harvey did it once and got an immediate booking.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Cheers. Just trying to work out Jurgen’s pecking order for the holding role. Definitely not playing Gravenberch there it seems.

How will they deal with this after the way they fell away last season. Panic buy a sticker that won’t make any difference. The mentality of this squad is amazing and back to its best under Klopp.

And another big test for Quansah and he passes again.

Klopp is making some big calls with youngsters and if some of them carry on the way they are we’ve got some genuine starters and some good squad players coming through our academy right now.
It's one of the reasons why I wanted us to beat Arsenal, as it could provide more opportunity for fringe and youth players that could prove more valuable in the long run, than potential fatigue to some other players. I do think a huge part of our success this year comes from being able to use squad players regularly in EL, as they have (mainly) been able to slot in seamlessly when required for bigger matches.

Also think MacAllister needed this match to help get back up to speed before league games resume. He wasn't great, which is understandable under the circumstances, but Fulham will be another opportunity to sharpen up and improve fitness, hopefully putting him in a great position for Bournemouth. Another bonus of being in the cups IMO (obviously the counter argument is him or another player getting injured).
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Going away to Arsenal with Quansah and Konate as CBs and getting the win is a phenomenal result.

Must be the youngest back four we’ve put out in a meaningful game for a while.

                        Trent 25
                        Konate 24
                        Quansah 20
                        Gomez 26

                        Bodes well for the future.

                        Trent was brilliant today imo.

A back four that had also never played together previously

The turn around in the age of the squad has been massive and bodes very well for the future.
