But what I’m hopeful about is the way we’ve gone about picking Slot. We had such a successful method for signing players that took us back to the top which gave Klopp everything he needed to succeed. Why can’t that system of data analysis be used to pick the right coach? And with that back in play with players again as well we can feel more confident in the transition.
Everything I’ve seen Feyenoord fans say is exactly what we say about Klopp. Hopefully once we start to hear him talk and show what he’s about it will allow him to show us his personality and that he has power, that the people who have picked believe he has, needed to run this club and build on what we’ve seen under Klopp. One thing I know is as a fan group I’m sure most of will back him and give him time which other clubs don’t always do.
Think some of the mood created by the recents results and the lacklustre performances by players might be getting passed onto Slot a little bit.
Once he is in the door and transfer rumours start, then a bit of excitement will grow for the new season.
A few interesting signings and some good results in August and a very different mood will be about the place imo.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

100%. It’s be a very difficult and frustrating finish to the season and I’m sure we’d all like it to be the final game to say goodbye to Klopp now rather than these other games. Once that’s done we can have a nice break and enjoy a reset and see what comes with the new set up. And then we get the fun and games of the transfer window and hopefully a few out of nowhere specials.

Klopp is soon to be gone, Slot might not be everyone’s first choice but fortune favours the bold. Every top coach has to step up at some point. I’ll be giving him my full backing, roll on August.
I'm just processing mate. Give me time.Modifying post.

'Slot wants to bring his assistant Sipke Hulshof with him to Anfield and possibly one more member of staff from Feyenoord - expected to be Head of performance, Ruben Peeters - which would see the total compensation package rise closer towards £13million.'Originally posted by peterbread View PostHas there been any mention of who he will bring with him. I presume he’ll bring his coaching team but any other back room people?
Hulshof is also the current Assistant Manager for Netherlands national team.
