Haha that’s beautiful. He’d have been happy to get a photo of himself that close to his idols & now his idols are hugging him for scoring the winning goals. Never give up on your dreams.

Another decent cameo off the bench when we are chasing the game. Not afraid to through himself about & ruffle some feathers.

Coming to say the same thing. Looked very confident and comfortable out there considering the circumstances and happy to get stuck in with the challenge on the keeper.

You don’t normally see that from a young player of 18 years in what his 4th appearance. Maturity beyond his years.

At some point this young man is going to have to go back to the U21’s oh but the memories he’s got already.

You are probably right, But I bet you he will be starting a fair few cup games next season.

He definitely should be based on what we’ve seen. Just got to stay grounded

He's got a bright future. I'm sure he knows he'll be back to the U-21s soon, but he'll have grown so much in the last few weeks, that it will give him the confidence to take his place in the first team squad next season, which - assuming we get a new manager who isn't a troglodyte - will happen. He's been a late bright spot this lad, along with the other youth players - and for a now veteran fan - it is lovely to see.
                  Really?

Liverpool have announced forward Jayden Danns, 18, has signed a new "long-term" contract. Danns has featured in the past few weeks due to the club's injury problems and scored two against Southampton in the FA Cup last month.

Shame he didn't get a look in today, but confident he'll be a big contributor in the years ahead. Well done lad.
