With hindsight someone clinical in front of goal, but given we already have 5 relatively expensive forwards that wasn't happening

Yes. We don't look like we know how to play at the moment, it's across the board. Whether it's fatigue or Klopp leaving or injuries, one new player wouldn't really have dented that.

I think we all had this idea, this romantic notion of us winning everything and how fitting it would be for Jurgen Klopp to go out winning the lot. Imo that same pressure is felt in the stadium and has been on the players too, how could it not be. Maybe Klopp himself was dreaming of it too.
