I guess in this context it would be a fan who put their own football club so far first that they don't care that it may seriously offend a rival fanbase and in particular the families of the 39 dead and approx 600 injured.

Just so we can sing a song about a fairly insignificant player for us.

I doubt whoever penned the song meant any reference to heysel but as a club with our own tragic past it should be completely irrelevant. .

No I agree, it's obviously insensitive at the least. Sure it doesn't reference Heysel, but that would be insane. The implication for Juve fans is clear enough. We can't mess with that **** and then complain about hate chanting. How many other player's songs reference their previous team? I'm not an aficionado but I can't think of any. It's hard to draw any other inference imo.
