Which is disappointing as what he lacks in pace, guile or whatever he more than makes up for with effort & passion.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He is not lacking in that imo. He works very well with the players around him and he spots runs by team mates and gaps in the other team's play very well.

He might not be a nailed on starter level player (or at least of the level we might want) but he is easily good enough to be a quality squad player that can cover three or four positions.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

I agree but I’m trying to work out what Arne doesn’t see in him. Arne recently said he sees his best position being central which is understandable with his lack of out & out pace, but so has Gakpo & Mo these days.

Would be nice if they actually passed to him. He was in a few excellent positions and they just ignored him. Like gakpo with kerkez.

I thought he had very luttle impact on the game - alrhough he had an impact on that Wolves' player's jaw - and it IS true that, in the first half especially, we kept going down the left side rather than the right...but Frimping got on the ball a few times on that side and made some good runs.

I thought Chiesa looked off the pace and lost in the second half, before being our first player substituted. Suddenly, with Bradley and Frimpong pushing on, we had some good triangles.

I wouldn't be looking to play that starting 11 again if I had other options.

It’s hard to have an impact on a game when your team mates don’t pass you the ball, & Kerkez looks like a new player with Gakpo out of the side

A few suggestions we have enquired about Yildiz from Juventus & one report suggesting they are keen to re sign Fede as part of the deal. Probably BS after the way they treated him previously

Yes please. As much as I like Fede, it’s hard to argue that Yildiz wouldn’t be a big upgrade. He’s my favourite player in Serie a at the moment. Genuine talent.

I'd definitely take that (and party), but I can't see it being real.

Seeing suggestion floating around that he wants to leave for more game time, either on loan or permanently
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
