You can see the team adjusting to Slots football and they sometimes feel like they falling back into a bit of Klopp style like how they finished that game leaving things too open and just pushing forward unnecessary at times. Great to keep trying to score but they lost the structure and it felt very open.

Really good signs and this team should score plenty of goals.

Grav, Dom and Gakpo thriving in the new system so far.

Gakpo, Szobo, Grav and Macca had excellent games. Tough to choose between Szobo and Gakpo for MotM, but I reckon Gakpo just shaded it.

To be fair milan didnt defend deep like forest. We need to see how things go when the next team does that.

I recall that last season, when Kostas came in for robbo being injured, he was terrible in the first game, questionable in the second and then very good. Must be so hard for him with so little consistent game time, but I think he’s a good player. He recovered well after his poor start.

I recall that last season, when Kostas came in for robbo being injured, he was terrible in the first game, questionable in the second and then very good. Must be so hard for him with so little consistent game time, but I think he’s a good player. He recovered well after his poor start.

He’s a really likeable lad is Tsimi but watching him play last night I was drawn to the inevitable conclusion that he is just a bit pants. We need better as a backup and long term replacement option for Robbo. The drop off in quality at the moment is just immense.

I think he’s a sold player if given a run of games, but that’s not the life of a squad player, unfortunately.

Do we have any youngsters coming through that are options for that position I wonder? I recall that we were after Levi Colwill a couple of years ago. Someone like that would be perfect.
