****ing hell that was bad, at least it's only one nil. At home, so slow and ponderous. Midfield cut to ribbons and Konate as per usual had to do all sorts to cover that huge hole Trent leaves time and time again. Changes needed.

They've had the ball but did nothing with it, except a run from Darwin that ended with a decent save from their keeper, and Gakpo did some good work and got a cross in. Not much else to trouble the Brighton defence.

I was going to say Gomez for Trent for extra defensive cover and his recovery pace but Konate looks in trouble. Would you risk making two changes in defence at half time?

Agree lucky it’s only 0-1 could be a lot worse and surely they can’t be any worse than that.

Need to start the second half by outfighting them, then build from there.


We seem to have lost most of the battles in the first half and I reckon our second ball numbers were dire.


Being only a goal down is a massive positive for us. Hard to imagine us putting in a second 45 as bad as the first half so a mix of some fresh faces and some tweaks to our play *should* see us improve in the second half and get the four goals I want.

TAA has been a liability out here today. He plays like that in the second half and whoever is at RCB is in for a torrid half.
