I appreciate that, I'm just more interested in the Premier League push right now, so combined with our position at the top of the CL group my enthusiasm for the remaining games in this phase is draining away. Hopefully we'll be in a position to put a weakened team out in the next CL games.

Feels like another game where they played well within themselves and the opposition put it a lot of effort and worked hard for nothing in the end. Could easily have gone up a level or two if needed. Defensively they looked more solid in the second half and comfortable as usual.

I’m not as worried about the rotation this season because of the style of play. I think you’d find a lot of the off the ball work rate is down this season to an extent, saw some about Mo doing less off the ball, but it’s more to do with the way the team is set up and the less hectic all out style. Second half of the season I wouldn’t expect that drop off we are used to.
