I'm talking about actual performances. Since the new year, Everton 2-2, Forest 1-1, Utd 2-2, Spurs (1st leg 1-0) , Brentford it took injury time goals from Nunez. All fairly **** performances.

We've lost that air of invincibility we had for the first half of the season when even the opposition seem to think that a win for us was inevitable.

But at least one of those games was in the first half of the season. And one of them had 2 legs, the second of which we won 4-0. And most of those games are too far away to be informative of our current form; which I admit is not great, but is not like you are painting it.
        Really?

They're all since January, and you're being pedantic about one of those games not technically being in the second half of the season. The 4-0 is irrelevant to what I'm saying which is that performance wise we've become very inconsistent. You're just arguing for the sake of arguing by the look of it.

I said form, you interpreted that as points, but performances is what I meant.

Everton away, the circumstances too, isn't a guaranteed 3pts. I'd have taken a point before the game

They have pretty much no wiggle room left at this point.

Imo we probably need about 25 or 26 points from the next 39 available points as there are as many tough games on Arsenal's horizon as there will be on our own.
Especially if three of those points are a win against Arsenal themselves

I'm not, or at least I don't think so. You're making a point about form. Those games are too diffuse to be relevant to form. I don't argue for the sake of it - I don't think you point is right. Of course, I could be wrong.

Spurs was one of our best performances of the season and that was only 10 days ago. That's off the back of a good 2-0 away win against an impressive Bournemouth side, 4-1 against Ipswich and 2-0 against Brentford.

If you ignore the games that didn't mean anything, our 'poor form' reads 5 wins, 1 draw in last 6, 16-4 aggregate score.

Of course those who cried loudest that we should rest players, **** the cups etc will now argue those 'reserve' matches did mean something I'm sure.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

When Cunha scored my thought was, how is our focus today? Will we see out a 2-1 scoreline this time. I didn't have much hope with Quansah playing. But Q was boss, that last ditch clearance was Konatesque. And the players were all pumped to see the win through (unlike at Everton). These small things matter.

For all Wolves second half dominance, it took a moment of brilliance from Cunha to get them on the score sheet. We never looked comfortable, but did Alisson have anything to do? I recall a 1on1,but nothing else?
