Most of the big saves he made were shot right at him, usually point blank. I'm waiting for some proper screamer type saves first.

Nah, he made an excellent low save from a header and also did really well with the initial shot that led to him getting injured - he came off his line quick and made himself big like we’ve often seen Ali do, was a shame it led to a goal.

That low save from the header was top drawer, got down to it quick and from that save we went down the other end and scored.

The Club have given him a new contract. It doesn’t mention the length but it might be another 1 year deal like the last one

It will run until 2029, Steve. So a longer term. It a reward for doing so well when called upon, and he is a very popular and well liked member of the squad by staff and players alike.
