If only there was some sort of digitised, network or… ‘web’ if you will, a hub of information where one could find answers to these impossible questions…

I guess we will have to make do with not knowing….

This Web thing you mention works well. Is 2 years the longest contract he can sign because of his age Web?
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

At 17 the max contract is 3 years and we have a salary cap. I expect he’ll sign a bumper 5 year contract when he hits 18

you would imagine he signs a new contract next year on his 18th , Poor lad is only on 52k a year, Will have to still do a milk round to make ends meet.

It's good that Liverpool keep young players on contracts that incentivise performance & keeps them grounded as too much too young never helped anybody!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I read somewhere yesterday that the bonuses that would accrue from a successful season might well push his salary up beyond 1m quid for the year

Yeah - he’s already got a goal bonus and a few win bonuses

It seemed clear last night that he isn’t ready to start against senior opposition. Train with the first team, get a few minutes off the bench for experience but starts have to wait until he has filled out a bit. Palace doubled-up on him, showed him inside then basically shoved him off the ball.

He looks a one trick pony tbh.

He's just turned 17 give the kid a break, ideally want to bring him through into a strong side playing with confidence, not a weakened side lacking in confidence playing against better opposition side.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
