I know we're a wee bit spoiled pre Slot, but bang average is flattering

    We're horrible to watch

We're the ideal team for them. They've got our number and they'll play the cheating cnuts game along with the low block.

Only a 50/50 chance of meeting them if they win tonight.

Atletico are far from through to meeting one from us or Spurs given they drew 3-3 with Brugge.

Gala look like they will be in the pot for sure after putting five past Juve.

Historically most teams come to Anfield and try to get through the first 20-30mins and build from there. We aren't giving them anything to worry about so that gives them plenty encouragement
Having a go would also lift the crowd, who then in turn might further wake the players up!

It would also help giving more players minutes. If you’re ahead in games you can rest and rotate more and if you’re going at them you’re more likely to tire them out so they can’t sit back and absorb the slow motion football and come at us late in games, make them work to defend. Get into teams from the start and get the crowd fired up and use the fear factor.
