Utd basically don't have a manger at the moment, I reckon Carrick is telling them the formation and their positions , motivating them and and saying play football. I think we'd be doing better without a manager putting the brakes on us too, slot is trying to be too clever for his own good. His failure will be encapsulated by his strategy with Szobo, which couldn't be more dumb if he tried.
