HT - good game this - our early goals mean Atletico can't just sit back. On the whole we are good for our lead - I reckon we are beginning to click more up front and I thought Wirtz had a better half than some might say. Annoying to concede that goal at the end, especially given Griezmann is basically stood in front of Becker.

Some tantalising glimpses of what the attack will offer. Isak with a couple of shots and the move with Wirtz was brilliant. Still a feeling that we are still figuring things out, but plenty of green shoots.

We got too complacent last 20 mins of that half and forgot how good these are. Grav and Szob were fantastic and great to see Mo looking so sharp, goal was class. Some good moments for Isak imo but Wirtz and Gakpo need to do more. We are capable of so much more.

Have they changed the rule where a player is blocking the keeper and offside.

The attack looks good and Isak has linked up well in the later stages of the half. Dom is everywhere.

Buzzo said Wirtz may have a good game but I was going to say Salah (was too busy decanting a chewy wine). To be honest though, Gravenberch is easily MoTM despite being hacked everywhere.

What an absolute beaut of a touch he has. When I played football if I took the ball like he did it was almost certainly an accident.

Isak doesn't look rusty at all. All those trainers he had in the summer has paid off.

Athletico barely created anything to be honest. There weee times when we look worrying open - but in general that was a good half.

Need to kick on and get the crowd back into it.
