      The first half has been a mixed bag as we could have expected. There have been a few big positives though. Fede looks a cut above, Leone seems assured and hasn’t put a foot wrong, Isak has scored (and generally made football look easy) are some of the reasons to be excited. In the not so great column, Endo’s limitations are exposed for all to see, Gomez is having a time shaking the rust off but perhaps worst has been Frimpong. I’ve been a bit concerned about his technique and positioning up to now and he’s shown why. Here’s hoping he turns it around second half.

            Really? Thought Endo’s was one of the better performances in the first half

              He's just very limited with the ball at his feet, which we know already, and it's highlighted when he's surrounded by less than world class players. He's great at Endo things.
