It would be nice to see a solid defensive display alright, it's been awhile.

With defenders. We cannot keep playing a Szob at RB.

Pretty much how I feel at present but I will watch this as it’s a 5am KO over here.

Looks like Gravenberch hasn’t travelled. Jones needs to start his one with Dom in midfield.

CL results tonight are a bit scary. How capable are we atm of replicating what the big teams did tonight, home or away?

42 goals across 9 games with one of them 0-0 is fairly insane.

It's obviously an outlier of a night but still. Probably will be all 0-0s tonight. I'd ****in take that.

                  Gravenberch Dom
                  Frimpong Wirtz Chiesa
                  Ekitike

I’d like to get Jones in there but Dom and Gravenberch are still ahead of him and are actually playing well so far this season. But if Dom needs a rest or if Gravenberch isn’t 100% Jones comes in.

It would be nice to see Frimpong and Bradley combine down the right and use Frimpongs pace and ability to beat a defender and create something. They could link up well and be a real threat in attack and will be strong together in defence.

Chiesa deserves a spot on form and can cover anywhere in attack. He’s such an intelligent player which would help bring more out of Wirtz. I think those two could link up nicely and we’ve already seen Ekitike and Wirtz play well together earlier in the season. Chiesa comes across as a player who can bring others into the game more and make them player better.
That's the team I would go with, although I wouldn't be too upset to see Isak start instead of Ekitike. I don't want to see Salah or Gakpo.
                  Really?

LFC v Eintracht Frankfurt: Mamardashvili; Frimpong, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Szoboszlai, Jones; Ekitike, Wirtz, Gakpo; Isak.

Subs: Woodman, Misciur, Gomez, Endo, Kerkez, Mac Allister, Salah, Bradley, Chiesa, Ngumoha

It will be interesting to see who’s down the right side in attack. Gakpo maybe?
