Brighton at home Saturday 13th Dec at 3pm

Buoyed by last nights great win do we see many changes in personnel or setup? Possibly the 2 fullback spots could see changes but I’m happy if Joe starts & Conor off the bench to add fresh legs. Chiesa should start in place of Isak but that’s about it.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He'll be lucky if his ticket is honoured. He'll be in the stands if anywhere.

EDIT: Unless he apologises. That's his way back, not 'sympathy for your £400k per week underperforming player who chose to train on his own' photos.

I think Conor is suspended for Brighton.
        Never knowingly optimistic

Maybe Wirtz for Mac Allister for a bit more attacking threat. Chiesa will be on the bench but you never know with the lack of options he could play up top with Ekitike instead of Isak. Kerkez or Robertson 50/50 depending on Robertson backing up again.

There aren’t many options for the manger to change right now.

Yeah, listening to Slot, first contact will have to be initiated by Mo, and it will need to be apologetic in nature. So I guess it depends if Mo's pride will allow it. Hopefully he does, and gets a spot on the bench. A fresh, eager Mo coming on for 20-30 mins against tired defenders, should be a win-win...shouldn't it?

It absolutely has to come from the player. I know we all have different opinions about how effective Slot is, but personally I'd have backed Hodgson versus the player. No player is bigger than the club, nor the manager - they have to respect the manager's view, otherwise all hell would break loose. If the manager is wrong - fair enough, but then it's the owners who get to effect that, not the player. Re the part in bold, yes that would be nice, but its not going to happen. I think Mo's posting of a pic training alone and trying to garner sympathy on a game night will go down as badly as his initial comments - the point was to stop him interfering, but a number of LFC players seem to have 'liked' it.

No way Salah apologizes, it's been apparent throughout his time at the club that that's not in his remit

Think I would be tempted to drop Isak and have MacAllister in the starting line up.

Go almost 42211 or put Chiesa in with Etitike if we wanted two up front.

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

                          I'd start with:

                          Becker

                          Gomez Konate Virgil Kerkez

                          Szoboslai Gravenberch Jones Wirtz

                          Chiesa Ekitike

I agree Isak needs to improve to warrant a starting place. I think Macca as a 2nd half sub for Wirtz or Jones, depending on how they fared in the first 45.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

I just don't see Chiesa starting, Has he ever started a PL/CL game that wasn't a dead rubber? I just don't think Slot considers him as a starting option.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Play him if it has not. Nobody will want to go close to him let alone tackle him.
