Going was fine, coming back became having to grab a seat on the afternoon flight as the early morning one was cancelled, and then the afternoon one got delayed.


Was a whirlwind trip. Fly to Manchester on the last flight there out of Cork on Saturday night, then get to Liverpool. Do some ****, then within a few hours be on the way back to Manchester only to find the early morning flight this morning no longer was an option.

With all the cancelled matches I take it there’s bad weather over there?

Not stupidly bad, but the times I was coming and going at were late and early so caught the frost/ice.

Or.......we could say that there was an army of ninjas and I spent a couple hours fighting them off as they kept jumping down from the rafters like drop bears.
