A few times we had all our attacking players inside the 6 yd box so no one could attack the ball. We’ve morphed into set piece FC.

To be fair, we've usually looked lost with him too. The midfield so very pedestrian and 2 of the 3 attackers are dog****. It's no real surprise that we struggle to create.

Genuinely if this is the way football is going the PL is going to lose a lot of interest. Penalising holding and pulling in the box would help enormously, as would banning towels for the balls (honestly!). And retrospective punishment for diving - I can't believe we've never tried this. All is not lost. Not yet anyway.

Other than today that’s been about the only thing he’s contributed this season, our set piece goals have been from his corners.
