Fulham at home Saturday 11th April at 530pm

We go again. And PSG get another weekend off to prepare for the return leg.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

    Recap: Arne Slot news conference

Little talk of feeling the pressure, despite recent results, with the Reds manager stating he feels "complete support" from the fans and hierarchy.

    Here are his top lines:
    • Slot commented on the news that Andy Robertson would leave the club at the end of the season but refused to answer whether the reason he was leaving was due to lack of first team opportunities
    • He said a number of players won't be able to play three days after the Paris St-Germain game and named Jeremie Frimpong and Joe Gomez as two potential worries
    • The Reds boss confirmed that goalkeeper Alisson remains unavailable through injury
    • Finally, he praised the Anfield atmosphere, claiming "Anfield showed what being loud really is" in the Champions League last-16 tie against Galatasaray
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

At this stage, I just want to get it over and done with. If we could give them a bye I'd accept that.
        Really?

Agree the season as a whole cant finish soon enough. Make the changes needed in the off season and freshen things up. Get people excited to watch the team and for a new season.

GF gets to her fifth Anfield game of her life (all this season today) and will be at her sixth on Tuesday and she ****ing hates footy. Meanwhile I will get to watch it here in Cork and probably get a text message about how she would have preferred to have been at the Grand National.

The one good omen is we have not lost any of the games she has been at this season.

Expect us to win today but think it will be a tight game.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Kind of her taking on that burden. And what are you doing for her?

Absolutely, especially considering the current burden of going out with him. Poor girl, watching Liverpool might push her over the edge.

Mostly grousing that she is getting to the games and I am not.

Tough life for her this week and next week. The weekdays in Edinburgh, then Liverpool this weekend and all the weekdays of next week.

Me, I get to stay in Ireland with service stations out of fuel, roads blocked be it with blockades or traffic jams caused by blockades and still have to go to her place to put an entertainment centre together for her before she gets back. Only good thing is the concierge service in her building will take in the delivery and put it in her storage unit so at least I don't have to wait for it along with having to put it together.

Just lucky that one of my cars is an EV as found out earlier this morning that there is not one filling station within 30 miles in any direction of my house with petrol or diesel now and from what I can gather further afield is just as bad.

The big plus side is I will be nice and salty by the time I go near Centra and the ****ing manc that works on the tills there.

I didn’t realise that if Fulham beat us they go 2 points behind us.

Excited to see Rio start and interesting to see Szoboszlai and Jones in midfield.

Will it be Salah up top or Gakpo which seems more likely.

Rio right, Gakpo left, middle Mo
                          Or
Rio left, Gakpo in the middle and Mo right but narrow with Frimpong playing higher up the pitch from right back.

Well at least there are more options on the bench today. It’s hard to get exited for this but let’s hope they can win.

Mo middle or left would be better but don't think this manager has the imagination or guts to try something positive.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
