The ground is silent because the turgid **** being served up in front of them. These must be so low on confidence but we are completely passive, no urgency, no fight and our goal was magic rather than process.

Slot spoke of standards to dig back at Mo, I’d say thus is a standard Slot team performance

This is the same Chelsea that got beaten 3-1 at home to a second choice forest team last week.

        Give Nyoni some proper minutes.

It’s ****ing painful to watch the same things go wrong week after week.

it's genuinely grim viewing... Slotball 101. We get a 15 to maybe 20 min spell in the 90 where we show some energy and the rest is slow, negative, scared football with no desire or passion... no wonder they've lost the crowd.

How the hell do we change this? Bench is shocking, Isak coming back from injury is the only viable senior attacking option aside from Chiesa who isn't trusted so wouldn't come on before 83rd min unless we are losing, we have 2 full backs one of whom is coming back from injury a 3rd keeper and 5 kids.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

**** me, we really are garbage. Falling asleep on the couch here. Such awful, awful football and a crap team. [emoji53]
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

The thing is this isn’t a surprise and most of us expected this to happen.

Yes Nyoni for Mac Allister. Seeing the same players underperforming and still getting picked must do wonders for the rest of the squad’s confidence.

Unless you put some more effort into your support you might end up getting a game in our midfield.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

He was properly prickly about Salah’s comment.

We’ve all watched the football this season, saying that we need to set and maintain standards seems bang on to me. We look like a poorly trained unfit scratch team week in week out. Anyone acknowledging standards should be set as a positive. The fact Slot went defensive on it tells you he knows there could be some truth in it.

The wider conversation on standards was also driven from recent interviews with Milner and Henderson among others.

McAllister drop off is one of, if not the biggest drop off in form I've ever seen from a Liverpool player. He has been an absolute embarrassment this season.

I'd be tempted to bring Gomez on for MacAllister if he can manage 45, stick him at RB to try and close the gap between CB and RB, stick Jones in midfield instead of MacAllister

Between him and Salah, both from last year to this

It’s the fashionable thing at the moment, I get it, but you can’t blame all this on Slot, there are some individual howlers all over the pitch, basic 101 on not being a **** footballer is being ignored.

The bigger thing for me is they don’t look to be playing for the manager. Their is no drive or desire to impress him. It all smacks of the end of a regime. The standard of player is higher than the standard of performance and it has been like this since the start of the season.
