Agger for second half in particular, Kuyt a close second
Think JP deserves a mention for his 1st half performance - very positive. Tired in second half though
At a football club there's a holy trinity- the players the manager and the supporters, Directors dont come into it, they are only there to sign the cheques " - Bill Shankly
Although I was very impressed with Kuyt's workrate and ability my vote must also go to Daniel Agger.
He looked commanding, composed and comfortable on the ball - if he continues like this then he'll be some player for us and will keep Sami out of the side.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

kuyt, becasue he kept a smile on my face. Looks like the real thing. Great movement. He was everything that was good about our attacking play last night. Just wish he scored to top off a good night for the lad.
