I watched him against Norwich in Ipswich's 3-1 win.
Looked lively and quick.
While on the subject of Ipswich, Danny Haynes looks a cracking prospect.
On the Ning Nang Nong
Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
There's a Nong Nang Ning
Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
On the Nong Ning Nang
All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
So it's Ning Nang Nong!
Cows go Bong!
Nong Nang Ning!
Trees go Ping!
Nong Ning Nang!
The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,
Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!!

Danny Haynes only seems to do anything against Norwich and he doesn't even start against them. He is young though.
Billy Clarke looks a cut above in the Championship. Obviously diificult to tell wether there is enough potential their to make him a player for us. I think the height thing can be a red herring - Owen was a midget and at a lower level Dicov has had a sustained PL career despit being small and only mildly talented. This boy has obvious talent.
I like the idea of bringing in some more young players who are used to british football. Saying that it didn't speed up the development of Hobbs or Anderson especially.

I have an Ipswich supporting mate who swears by this boy, reckons he's the next big thing and has more potential than Dyer and Darren Bent. Never seen him play myself though.

I thought Dean Bowditch was supposed to be the next big thing down at Ipswich.... Saw him once and he looked great. He's out on loan somewhere now.
Saw Billy Clarke the other week but he never stood out for me.

I saw this link in the paper a few days ago. Apparently we're competing with Everton, amongst others, for his signature. Same as for the young Derby striker. Clarke has scored 3 goals for Ipswich this year. At the moment the lad from Derby sounds a little more advanced.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.
