Oh man.

Because he deserves more than a poxy two and a bit seasons? Because he deserves at least as much time as Houllier was given? Because he's won us the Champions League? Because he's a great manager?

We've just DRAWN at home, not lost, against a team who were 4th in the league going into the game. It's not THAT bad. Bloody hell.

Mate I am as depressed about tonight and this season as the next man but sacking Rafa isn't the answer. Ged got 5 years to get it right, Rafa has to be given some more time. And anyway who would replace him? Yet another clear out of players by a new manager etc - where is the money coming from for this? Sacking him will set us back even more IMO. Trophies in his first two seasons have earned Rafa the right to get us out of a bad run.

The summer signings have set us back it's true. And that is Rafa's fault......

O'Neill is at a club with low expectations and a new billionaire owner.

Liverpool is a club with lofty expectations and a history which any manager would find it impossible to emulate.WE also have a tight budget and are committed to spending a lot of money on a new stadium. We have a lot of expensive players on high wages.

Rafa is the best we can get at the moment.

We will NOT finish in the top two with Rafael Benitez as manager ever, there's no doubt about that.

If i were him, i would go back to sunny spain where i am a proven manager and do the business back there again.
