Bellamy's moaning ways

I don't see what the problem, in fact i think it's bloody hilarious at times, he does it more at the officials than his team-mates and for the most part with justification, he got 4 or 5 very harsh off-side decisions against him today and does so in most games, his pace does him no favours in that respect.

Sure he has a moan and groan at his team-mates to but you also see him encouraging their idea/s as well, he is just so desperate to win and is not shy at letting his feelings known.

I was feckin delighted when we signed him in the summer and had no doubts he'd come good for us, of course he hasn't cemented his place as a Liverpool Great after today's performance and he's still alot of work to do to really prove himself with us but it's a step in the right direction for Bellers, hopefully he can keep up his impressive performance today in the upcoming games.

Yep but there were about 3 occasions yesterday when he was ruled offside but the replays showed he wasn't. He plays so close to the last defender that the linesmen nearly always give him offside, whether he is or not.

Agree, I did the slow motion thing and he wasn't offside most of the time. I guess if you play off the shoulder that's bound to happen.

I remember Henry in the world cup, he was asked to play off the shoulder in at least one game and was caught offside about 10+ times!

On another day he'll get the benefit of the doubt and god help whoever we are playing.

that being the case, do you think Bellers would be better off playing slightlyin front of the last defender rather than off his shoulder ? He would get more offside decisions in his favour and he would probably still have the pace to win a foot race to the ball.
