Who finished above who in the league last season? How many points ahead are they now? :whatever:

By the time we play them we'll be ahead of them in the league too. You might think that is impossible, but you also seem to think Bellamy scoring ten league goals, and us finishing 3rd this season are also impossible. Right now we're a point of being third, and will continue to improve. The only thing that's impossible, is you.

Actually, you are right on this.

Still, at home, I fancy our chances.

Are you going to take SAR up on his offer where if Arsenal wins he buys you a home shirt and if Liverpool win, you buy him one?.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Doesn't change the fact it's an exceptionally difficult draw and one we'll be luck to progress in.

Just like the Mancs at home last year then

Henry is apparently out for 6 weeks. That should make life a little easier.

He's shown up in a few of ours.

Although I seem to remember that Wenger has a habit of saying TH won't be fit to play against us and then hey presto he leads the team out

When it comes to cup games, Arsenal are the new Chelsea for us.
                        Oh I don't know.

I don't really understand people not wanting to play big teams in the cup. We are Liverpool and shouldn't fear anyone. We are also a bloody good cup team and you pretty much always have to play at least one big team if you intend to win it anyway.

Same here really. Plus it means it's on the telly so folk who can't get the game can see it
