Excellent, hopefully Rafa will find £30m down the back of the sofa to pay for them

I said if you don't are prepared to pay over £30m for a player.

Ribery would probably cost around £20m and Alves £15m-£20m.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I don't think you can get a better midfield if you don't are prepared to pay over £30m for a player.
I like that formation, with 3 at the back and 2 forwards, 3-2-3-2, old fashioned 3-5-2 of course.

Rafa is already thinking about "possibilities!"!!

Reds revel in £450m takeover talk

Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez has welcomed the news that the Premiership club is poised for a £450m takeover.

Dubai International Capital (DIC), the investment arm of Dubai's government, confirmed on Monday that they were in talks about a possible buy-out.

"I have talked to the chairman (David Moores) and chief executive (Rick Parry) about this and I was pleased with what I heard," said Benitez.

"It is always good for a club to have more money and more possibilities."

Ideally I'd have Robben and Ronaldo. SLightly more realistic alternatives would be Navas, Alves (although I think of him as a fullback primarily now), Simao & Ribery. It is really hard to pinpoint any wingers who might do well in the PL as there are so few who thrive here. I think a key point when looking for wingers to add to out particulat team would be being a threat on goal and the ability to get in the box from wide areas.
