    On the other hand this one does seem to have a bit more substance to it and having listened to various 'experts' on various radio and tv stations it does seem that barring any disaster these guys will buy in. Here's hoping anyways

        i was wondering is this going to be a full takeover its just in one of the rags it said DIC are only taking 80%

          Don't think anyone knows yet, but if you own more than 75% of a PLC then you are obliged to offer the other 25% of share holders the same price you paid for your shares. If you own 90% or more then you can force the other 10% to accept the price you paid. That's what Glazer did
