Just been told that the DICs group are actively looking for commercial property to purchase in the Ellesmere Port area.

Sorry, can't provide any more than that but it does seem like it's all systems go for the takeover.

A hotel. They want to add more Travelodges to their portfolio.

Come to think of it, Chelsea have an expensive hotel attached to their ground, maybe we have a Travelodge.
