40 million a year is mega-bucks in my opinion.
I don't expect it to be that much, debts cleared, stadium funded, business-like decisions made over transfers. If a player is available who will bring us success then they will provide the funds for it. I think we might see a hefty investment in the team next season to make us capable of challenging for the title and to bring in some big name players to raise our international profile.
