We will draw Celtic *he says with a rash level of certainty*

I thought it was this Friday myself, but apparently the final UEFA cup matches are not played until next week, so in order to have both draws at once we have to wait...

I'd like to avoid Inter & Barca. We can take the rest on and that includes Madrid.

Sod's law says we get drawn with either Barca or Inter. I'm quiety optimistic that we'll progress to last 8 no matter who we draw.

We have a Very Good record against Italian Clubs, so I wouldn't mind one of them.

Would prefer to avoid the Spaniards for now, but I can see us getting one of them.

Lets not forget we do have Rafa Benitez managing us, who did manage to win two league titles in Spain, against Spanish teams.
                          On the Ning Nang Nong
                          Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
                          There's a Nong Nang Ning
                          Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
                          On the Nong Ning Nang
                          All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
                          So it's Ning Nang Nong!
                          Cows go Bong!
                          Nong Nang Ning!
                          Trees go Ping!
                          Nong Ning Nang!
                          The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,
Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!!

Barca would cuff us...badly. We can beat any of the other teams in the hat.

Haven't been impressed with anybody this year to tell the truth. In fact I'd say the standard of footy I've seen in the CL this year is way short of what I'd expect of the top european clubs.

With that in mind, I don't mind who we get - apart from Inter coz you just know that they'd cheat - being Italian like.
                              Liverpool born and bred.

When you look at our cup wins over the past few years, the harder the route, the better we do.
The UEFA Cup 2001; European Cup 2005 & FA Cup 2006 we had the toughest draws by far.
And beside the sickening feeling of waiting for that final whistle, I really enjoyed those runs.
