When Moores took we were at least the second biggest English club if not the biggest. I think that you can expect a club as big as Liverpool to challenge more than one time in 16 years.

We should challenge at least two years out of three.
We don't have a divine right to challenge though mate. No-one knows the challenges Moores has faced and how he has dealt with them. I think that was Mum's point.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

How about trying to list all the good things Moores has done for our club and then list things he got wrong.

I tell you what, the good far outweights the bad, and this latest twist in the tale, potentially trumps the lot, and sets up LFC well into the 21st Century.

Sorry! I promise to stop now.

I was just out playing with a Danish team who sucked so bad that I wanted to tear my eyes out on the pitch. Life is way too short to run around with people who wouldn't even be considered for the special Olympics. One even managed to hit the bar from three feet away and an empty goal! I have never seen anything like it and I have been around. I have even played with people in the States. You know what I mean?!

"Please come and help us. We need a player."

"You need eleven players and to burn all your football equipment, alright?"

            "Could you come again Monday?"

"No way, I'd can see you're all nice people but I honestly can't stand the sight of any of you near a football pitch after this"

His two biggest mistakes is IMO when he tried to sell Macca behind his back and we missed out on £10m+ because of that and when he didn't sell Owen when he had two years left and we probably missed out on £10m+.

I don't know what options he had when he signed our sponsorship deals so I can't blame him for them.

He's maintained some of the most important things associated with LFC and it's traditions. He has handled himself with great dignity and modesty. He has been loyal and supportive to his managers and has maintained Liverpool FC's essence. OK so we haven't won every trophy under the sun, but football is cyclical and maybe the wheel is now turning back into our favour.

I can't believe some people have the nerve to criticise him over this deal.

Try and imagine how it would feel if YOU were forced to sell Liverpool FC because you could no longer afford to compete. This club has been in his family for half a century, almost half our history, and he has to sell it.

                  Give him a break

what makes you think the chairman (Moores) deals that much with the day to day running of the club.

he doesn't pay the Chief Exec lots of cash to sit around modelling his latest **** hair cut.

No I'm not kidding you. So we haven't won the league in 16 seasons, is that the chairman's fault?
