    Us and Barcelona

Watching the WCC final now and they have not really impressed me. We lost the final last year but we were completely dominating the match, and compared to how Barcelona are struggling right now makes me think what's the fuss is there with them ? Ronaldhino is a box of tricks, but that's all his worth in my opinion. Would never swap our Stevie with him, never.

We have a real chance to beat them in February and on paper this match is 50/50 no matter what other people could say. We have nothing to fear and the key is how we deal in the first leg. Barca always leave space between their lines as they're always looking for that attacking thrust and we surely could exploit that.

I share your confidence, but the fact is they have some absolutely phenomenal attacking players who can damage any team in a split second. They are beatable, but it will be very vey difficult - I predict a narrow 1-0 defeat away and a 3-1 turnaround at Anfield.

It will be very very very difficult for them too.

They're losing that WCC final btw.

we have to score an away goal to stand a chance.

i'd play crouch and bellamy up front.

Although i think Rafa will go with his 4-5-1 with garcia behind kuyt.

Yes and who cares ? We'll have Momo and hopefully Kewell back not to mention all the new players having more time to bed in. I don't fear Barcelona at all and never ever rated Ronaldhino as a player. (He's good but he should play for the Harlem Globe trotters of soccer ).

They've lost the WCC finals by the way.

The fact that Barca were actively hoping to draw us is all the motivation we'll need to dump them out.they think they just have to turn up.They have quality but they are well beatable and mightly suspect at the back.Chelsea played them off the park at home.

We can beat them, make no mistake about it. ESPN down here show almost every Barca game each week and having watched them regularly you can see that they are vulnerable. The likes of Puyol and Marquez can be easily exposed. Believe.

They are a great side not doubt, but so were Juventus, Chelsea and Milan.

We certainly can beat them. Difficult, but not beyond us.

The 'whats the fuss' and 'never rated ronaldinho' comments however, are hilarious.
