By the way, the earlier answer about Coutts was correct. The self-styled "Queen's bankers" are now owned by Nat West (RBoS) so anyone with a few bob can have an account there. Most of the ones I deal with prefer something a bit more exclusive like Butterfield Bank, Kleinwort Benson or Cater Allen...
