If he refuses to sell he will have to pay A LOT of money to keep his shares. Worst case scenario they could force other shareholders to finance their part (%-vice) of the new stadium etc. When you bring in cash to a company you can ask all other shareholders to do the same to a certain extend. I agree he's not an ideal signing,but for 1m,he will be back up for Finnan,which we currently don't have.He's got plenty of experience and don't think will do a bad job if called upon.Because we don't really have any cover for Finnan,you can only say that signing Neal will strengthen the squad.-----------------------------------------------
