First post i made in here.
Anyway i was just sitting listening to some chillout music pondering life and i thought well is the take over really a good thing as what people make it out to be...........
See people make it out like Moores and Parry will still have their jobs, which is correct but, the problem is that its not THEIR job no more.
Alot of good things which come from the 2 is that they are not a hands on type of duo, they let the manager do what he wants to a certain extent, there is not alot of pressure on him they are not driven by money or making a profit they are driven by there love of the club and are not just in it for a return on capital.
Ok it has gone wrong for us in the past possibly when Houllier got one more year but other than that there style is good.
Now say they have maktoub whatver his name is giving them a ring every so often "books arnt great this month boys, see what you can do" i know its not that simple but im just putting it into some sort of perception. Does this then leave a seed in the minds of Moores and Parry to maybe get more involved, maybe ask a bit more of Benitez ask him to change certain things, i dont know just things which arnt the normal behind closed doors because there jobs are at risk if they dont suceed.
Would the investment company see big money for one of there tangible assets as a bonus for the books?
Say one or two years down the line we havent won the league we have spent decent money on players will the managers job be under threat, wlll Moores and Parrys job be under threat? I know this is the norm at most clubs but its a bit diffrent at liverpool, you all know what i mean. Anyone got anythin to add?
