    Need to pull something out of the hat here. As it stands, Bolton and Pompey will jump us in the league, and if the Arse get a win or draw, then they will jump over us too.

      Agreed. Lacking match fitness and sharpness as he is not getting played. Unfairly harsh to criticise someone who isn't playign week in week out.

      If he was getting played every week and not scoring then fair enough.

          Perhaps but even when he does have a string of games I don't ever see him as first choice.

                                Nope. He was in the position for 2 free headers that were absolute sitters. Sharpness and fitness doesn't come into it when he fails to score in those situations.
