It was only because Barca were so advanced that he had the chance. Easy goal, would've been far harder to miss

I think Cahill will probably recover in time.

Surely they can't win it can they?

That could make his Chelsea career Plus a massive confidence boost at exactly the wrong time. Really dreading the final now

Putting my neck on the block .... there is no way Chelsea will win the final, no matter who they play. No way.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I doubt it, he'd put in the most disgusting lazy 10mins I've ever seen before the goal, and it so nearly cost them. It'll do nothing for him.

He was robbed of the ball in his own half 4 times iirc

Never a big fan of Real Madrid, but really going for them now for a few reasons.
                  1. I think they have a better chance of beating Chelsea
                  2. Mourinho factor. The ego would love to put one over his old club
                  3. Torres factor. The one constant in his life is his abject hatred of them so it would do his head in to get beat by them.

                  ..... also love Xabi.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Think Real would muller them......more so than Bayern IMO (wee bit overrated).

But cannot stand the sight of Mourinho (and a fair number of the Real team under his command) winning the trophy.
Tough one really..........but Real getting through tonight and putting Chelsea to the sword will do me.

and its probably better if maureen wins and then stays at real, rather than going to citeh and getting his hands on all the money in the world.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I'm having nightmares already. Someone I know was telling me that watch and see how torres scores the winner in the final, and that was before they qualified for the final.

Did you see the fan as the camera looked at Torres's back, right in his eyeline giving him a full blown "HIJO DE PUTA!"

                          Made me laugh.

I seriousley dont understand all of the Torres hate.

His talents deserved better than our sinking ship under H&G. We got a great fee for him and all parties have moved on since. A lot of players (masch, alonso, reina) considered leaving us, because of those clowns that owned us. They all knew that quality players were not going to be bought in, as we didnt have a pot to piss in.

When Torres was with us, he always gave 100% and was the worlds best striker. Towards the later part of the Torres era we became a mid-table team, whereas all his Spanish buddies were playing CL footy and winning things.

Players come, players go - there's no need to be bitter unless a club has been ****ed over by a player (i.e. Owen). I for one will not boo Torres.

But we had battened down all the hatches, and were floating lovely again under new captaincy, with H&G thrown overboard.

Exactly. I believe that had he left after the WC when Roy was in charge, while no one would have liked it, particularly going to Chelsea, they would have understood it and their may have been a bit of a soft spot ala Alonso.

But we got new owners, a new manager (who at that time had us playing good football....... whatever happened there) and there was definitely a bounce happening at the club. His timing was poor. We thought he loved us, he lived through the worst of it and still wanted to go....
