Can't believe people think Chelsea won't play their strongest team. I can understand that the FA cup might be bottom of their priority list, but beating us in the league a few days later doesn't guarantee a CL place, whereas this would guarantee a trophy to add to Di Matteo's CV, strengthening his position for the permanent job.
If they think an understrength team can beat us in the final, then they must believe the same would be true in the league against a team with nothing to play for and a poor record. We are also likely to be on a high or crestfallen after the final, again handing the advantage to Chelsea.
I see no logic in them resting players for the final, and I doubt we’ll see it.
Edit: Didn’t realise they play Newcastle a few days before, but I still think they are more likely to take a risk there than the final.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
A word dumbasses use, in confusion with rocket science and brain surgery, when trying to insult someone else for not being able to perform a brainless task.
"Explaining this to you is like trying to explain rocket surgery to a retard!" "It's rocket science, you idiot."
"It's not rocket surgery!" "Of course it isn't, because that doesn't exist, moron!"
It's one of those pre-destined stories waiting to happen isn't it. Particularly after his Chelsea debut against us.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Chelsea will play their best team against Newcastle and against us. RDM has realised that when you're winning, tiredness is forgotten.
They did the same against Spurs and then Barca. Speaking of Barca, perfect example of resting players in a league game not always being a good thing when your side is bang in form. Blew the title to Madrid then ****ed up against Chelsea despite resting a fair few.

Another disappearing act when needed. Must have been gutted they didnt go 3 up so he could chip in with a couple.
Let us hope he doesn't score the winner against us at the weekend. He's been given quite a build up in many ways. The classic revenge story after much toil.
I'm passed giving a **** whether Torres scores on saturday or not. I'm sure he'd love it but in any case it's a game that's miles bigger than any individual player and will only serve to underline the massive under-achievements of all concerned over the last 12 months. That said, Come on Red Men!!
Hmm, despite their under par league form not sure the Chavs being in the final of th CL will feel like an underperformance- & Tosser will feel part of that after his goal vs Barca, however late it was.
