    This.

4231 isn't the be end and end all. It's certainly not that great that you leave a 50 million striker on the bench for.

To be fair, Nanna Moon is a better option out wide than Torres these days

i was thinking ... why "we" wouldn't get him a warm welcome (in more sarcastic way), when he come to Anfield. i mean like Torres song, banners etc. that'd **** him up even more, believe me.

Perhaps only at the end and only if he failed to score

                  It would be quite funny.

                  Never gonna happen though

                    Why not?

The wind up value with the ageing "london boys" would be amusing.

If he got the same amount of time as he did on sunday, a big (ironic) cheer and applause from the crowd would be a delight to savour.

I'd still have him back as he's light years ahead of Carroll (a modern-day Tony Hateley imo), and the prospect of a fast passing and moving front line is worth considering.

Because there isnt a cat in hell's chance of Liverpool fans applauding Torres, bringing out the banners and singing the Torres song when Chelsea come to Anfield. None whatsoever

Whatever one thinks of Carroll right now, a developing 22 year old with bags of potential is a better prospect than a soon-to-be 28 year old who looks shot to pieces.
